    Designing & Leading Transformational Workshops

    Apr 23-28, [5 nights] 2023 | Kripalu, Stockbridge MA

    Designing & Leading Transformational Workshops:

    The Craft of Mind-Body Teaching

Ken Nelson, Lesli Lang, David Ronka, Kathy LeBlanc and the Life-Changing Workshops Team  For anyone interested in experiential teaching and leading groups.

Learn to create the conditions for extraordinary outcomes, optimal learning, creativity (and fun!) in your workshops, retreats, and trainings. Design and present mind-body experiences that touch the heart, move the imagination, and inspire self-discovery. Immerse yourself in this life-transforming training and forever change the way you lead groups and guide people to self-empowerment.

    You will take away:

    • Insights into the science of mind-body learning
    • Confidence, skills, and tools for experiential teaching
    • Keys to collective wisdom and ways to spark group creativity
    • A mind-body experience that you’ve designed and delivered
    • Marketing copy that captures the essence of your workshop
    • Support to move your work forward

This program is part of a comprehensive, three-part training series. Each training in the series can stand alone or be taken in any order. See www.life-changingworkshops.com

You'll also learn how to use tools for the design and creation of your workshop, such as:

    • Mind Mapping: Explore your imagination and the possibilities for your workshop goals, description and  marketing taglines.
    • Four Phases of Workshop Creation: Four Phases will help you through vision, design, delivery, and follow up.
    • Transformational Learning Cycle Worksheet: Construct a transformational learning cycle that includes safety, experience, and integration.
    • Workshop Session Plan: Organize your  workshop into a sequence of learning  experiences and support materials  that will keep you on  track during your workshop.

Our training is designed to scaffold your learning so that you’ll gain skills and confidence. You will design and lead two mini-workshops (one 20 minutes  and the other 30 minutes) to a small group of peers. You will get compassionate feedback to celebrate your accomplishment and leave you with  a clear idea of your strengths and one or  two pointers on how you can do even better. For most participants this is the highlight of our week together!
