Flow &Healthy Aging: Qigong & Yoga Nidra|ONLINE at KRIPALU

3 Saturdays, January 17, 24, 31 9:30-11:00 am EDT | Kripalu Online

Replenish Your Energy

with Ken Nelson

For all levels; no experience necessary.

"Be still like a mountain, and flow like a great river." - Lao Tzu

What if aging wasn’t decline—but growth, renewal, and deeper joy? Drawing on new research on flow, this online program blends ancient wisdom and modern science. Through gentle qigong, restorative yoga nidra, and flow practices, you’ll learn how to replenish energy, sharpen your mind, and expand your sense of purpose.

Flow matters for healthy aging because it is the optimal state of consciousness where action and awareness merge, time expands, and self-consciousness fades. Science shows it can:

  • Boost creativity and learning.
  • Calm stress and inflammation.
  • Strengthen immunity and resilience.
  • Enhance meaning, empathy, and joy.

In this online program, you’ll experience:

  • Qigong for balance, vitality, and energy
  • Yoga nidra for deep rest and resilience
  • Flow practices from neuroscience to keep life rich, meaningful, and fulfilling

Aging with flow is not about adding years—it’s about adding life to your years. You’ll leave with simple, powerful practices for body, mind, and spirit.

Flow isn’t just for the young—it’s available at every age. Join us and discover how qigong, yoga nidra, and the science of flow can help you age with vitality, presence, and joy.

Accessible to all, regardless of age, experience, or physical condition.

NOTE: You will have access to the video recording(s) for 30 days after the program ends. All recordings will be available within 72 hours of the end of each session.

What students say:

  • “I felt energized and relaxed at the same time—a new sensation for me. Ken’s qigong was graceful, powerful, and easy to follow.”—Pam, Putnam, CT

  • “I liked Ken's fun sense of humor and open friendly teaching. I'd never done qigong before. It was the perfect way for me to get back in the moment.”—Karen, Boston
